We’re hiring for our new Inverness studio

We’re starting the next chapter of Studio 70 in Tornagrain, Inverness — and we’re looking for permanent team members to help us build it with care.

We’re looking for people who lead with warmth, hold high standards, and genuinely care about the experience our members have from the moment they arrive.

If you’re community-minded, professional, and excited to help shape a studio that’s got a trusted and established brand, welcoming and well-run, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for skilled staff members (Part-time), employed Reformer Pilates Instructors & self employed Pilates Instructors

We’re building a brilliant team for Studio 70 North. If you’re a fitness enthusiast, are looking to build a career in the wellbeing industry, are Reformer or mat Pilates teacher or are wanting to qualify soon, we’d love to hear from you.

MUST care deeply about people feeling safe and seen in class and creating that experience for others.

    • Tornagrain (on-site)

    • Part-time roles available for the right people

    • Employed roles: approx 10-20 hours a week

    • Self-employed teaching roles available

    • Free classes for you and for your friends and family

    • In-house mentorship from the best team in Scotland

    • Internal professional development days

  • Deliver standout classes (teachers)

    • Teach a regular timetable of group Reformer classes to Studio 70 standards.

    • Cue clearly, observe attentively and adapt for different bodies and needs.

    • Manage springs and equipment safely and confidently.

    • Hold time, energy and the overall class experience.

    Member care (part time roles)

    • Greet members and build genuine connection.

    Studio responsibilities (part time roles)

    • Maintain cleanliness and equipment condition during shifts.

    • Support handovers and opening/closing when on rota.

    • Support the Site Leader with general studio tasks when needed to keep the day running smoothly.

    • Where needed, support simple social content capture on site (e.g., short clips/photos) in a member-first, consent-led way.

    Professional development

    • Keep qualifications current and engage with ongoing CPD.

    • Participate in observation, feedback and in-house training opportunities.

    • Training opportunities to qualify in the industry if you are wanting to start your teaching journey with us.
